Heathcotes Reward Card - Terms & Conditions

• There is no charge for membership
• The offer is available at all Heathcotes Restaurants (a list of applicable restaurants can be found on www.heathcotes.co.uk)
• One card per person. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced.
• One reward per transaction at the point of sale when presenting the card
• The rewards scheme is for individuals only & cards will not be issued in the name of a company or business entity.
• The card is not redeemable for cash & cannot be transferred between cards. It is redeemable only for Food and beverage at Heathcotes Restaurants Ltd
• Heathcotes rewards will expire 12 months after the first day of non-use of the card. Heathcotes also reserves the right to discontinue membership after giving 3 months notice.
• Gift card sales are not eligible for reward points and can only be accrued for food & drink sales within Heathcotes restaurants Ltd. However the gift card recipient will be entitled to a deferred reward when the gift card is redeemed.
• Not applicable at Heathcotes Outside
• Rewards will not be awarded for room hire & sundries
• This card cannot be used in conjunction with any other contractual agreement or promotion
• Heathcotes Restaurants Ltd reserves the right to discontinue this scheme at any time. In the event that this scheme is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem rewards that they have already been issued, within 3 months.
